Refund & Return Policy – Showem Studios

At Showem Studios, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase:

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR WRONG SIZE:
We include detailed sizing info, model references, and fit notes on each product page. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@showemstudios.com. We’ll make it right.

RETURN WINDOW:
Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be shipped back within this timeframe.

RETURN CONDITIONS:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Returns that don’t meet these conditions won’t be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
